Toxic Gas Monitors
RAE Systems has introduced
the ToxiRAE 3 family of single-gas
monitors and the AutoRAE Lite
bump test and calibration station.
ToxiRAE 3 features a stainless-steel
front cover and is currently available in three models: hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) and high- and low-range
carbon monoxide (CO). Monitors
carry U.S., Canada, EU and global
IECEX safety certificates. All three
ToxiRAE 3 monitors have end-user
as either “operating days remaining” or “gas concentration” display
modes. The detectors all feature
multi-phase alarms (vibration, 95dB
siren and flashing light) for Short
Term Exposure Limit (STEL), Time
Weighted Average ( T WA) exposure
and high/low alarms. The ToxiRAE
3 is designed to be used continuously in environments with temperatures ranging from 20 to +60
degrees C ( 4 to +140 F°) and has an

monitors come with digital display and complete datalogging.
Methane (CH₄) and Carbon Dioxide (CO₂) in the 0–100% volume are
analyzed with infrared technology
along with an Oxygen (O₂) electrochemical sensor for 0–25% volume.

Dissolved Ozone Analyzer
The new dFFOZ-TR Trace Dissolved Ozone Analyzer from IN USA
Inc. is an ozone-specific measuring
instrument that accurately reads
and measures low concentrations
of dissolved ozone at the ppb level
for ultrapure water applications.
This sensor is best suited for continuous measurement of traces of
dissolved or residual ozone in USP
and Ultrapure water in bio-phar-maceutical and semiconductor
applications. Suited for measuring
residual ozone in pre-destruct and
post destruct water loops where
the concentrations are typically
down in the single PPB levels. The
