Brooks Instrument has introduced the
Series 2500 acrylic flow meters designed
for a variety of gas and water flow instrumentation applications. The Series 2500
features a one-piece clear acrylic construction with a standard rod-guided float and
a hex head meter connection providing
ease of installation without damaging the
meter. Accuracy ranges from 2 percent
to 5 percent with 2-inch to 5-inch scale
depending on the model. Direct reading
air or water scales available in English or
metric. Additionally, each model can be
configured with various control valve, fitting and O-ring options. Series 2500 flow
meters also feature: water ranges from 4
ccm to 20 GPM; air ranges from 40 ccm
to 4000 LPM; threaded brass inserts for
quick installation; easy disassembly and

Springless Diaphragm Valves
1.125 in. footprint diaphragm valve is
designed for modular gas systems and is
the latest in the company’s family of ultra-high-purity springless diaphragm valves.
The formed aluminum housing eliminates the threads that typically connect
the actuator components and attach the
actuator to the valve body. Elimination of
threads permits larger diameter pistons in
the same standard footprint. The center
cylinder of the actuator design provides
an additional active piston to increase
the force output of the actuator without
increasing the diameter. The formed actuator also reduces the valve height. Design
includes a body that uses 316L VIM-VAR
material for reduced cost and low internal
volume. And a fully-contained seat design
minimizes chemical and thermal swelling. Additionally, corner chamfers are
made on the outlet side of the body that
provide visual indication of flow direction
(top view) and match actuator orientation

Universal Solenoid Valve
The Parker Hannifin X-Valve® is a 2 or
3-way universal solenoid valve measuring
8mm in width. The X-Valve’s body incorporates its functional features in a single
molded body and fits a range of pressure
requirements including 6, 30 and 100 psi.
It offers optional capabilities to meet a
0.016 sccm leakage specification (0.2 sccm
for 100 psi). X-Valve is PWM and pulse hold
